The $25 graduation fee covers the cost of the cap, gown, and tassel, your official diploma.
Graduation Information
Graduation – May 17th, 2024
Fayetteville Technical Community College will hold its 2024 commencement at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville North Carolina. Please continue to monitor your STUDENT email for any updates. All graduates of FTCC must submit a graduation application in order to receive their degree, diploma, and/or certificate, Regardless of whether or not they plan to participate in the commencement ceremony.
Please make sure your FULL Name is on your Self-Service Account with your current address.
* It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their name is correct in their Self-Service Account. *
Campus Pick-up Orders
Order January 1 – March 18th, 2024
Orders placed between now and March 18, 2024, will be delivered to the FTCC Campus for free pickup at the Grad Fair Event on April 23rd, 2024.
** Be Aware NOT to order between these dates if you are not local to the campus or do not plan on attending the Grad Fair**
Home Delivery / Distant Learners
Order AFTER March 21st, 2024
Please plan on placing your orders after March 21, 2024, for home delivery. If you would like a courtesy email reminder, please email GradCeremony@faytechcc.edu and include it in the subject line. “Cap and Gown Home Delivery”. Please include your contact information in the body of the email. It is the student’s responsibility to order their gown within the correct dates listed above.
*Note* The shipping and handling fee is the student’s responsibility and is not included in your application fee
Grad Fair / Campus Pick-Up Information
April 23rd, 2024
7 AM- 7 PM
Tony Rand Student Service Building
Multi-Purpose Room
The Grad Fair Event is held all day to benefit the student’s schedule. The Grad Fair will include: Opportunity to Complete the Student Exit Survey (Required), Complete Federal Financial Aid Loan Survey (Required for Loan Borrowers), Obtain important commencement ceremony information, purchase Alumni Memberships, Diploma Frames, Order Class Rings, Take Formal Cap and Gown Photos (No purchase necessary) along with picking up your Cap and Gowns.
Deadline to Order

This is the last day to order regalia for home delivery. No Exceptions
*Please note: Group orders will not be accepted. Only one complete package may be purchased per order.*
